This figure was initially made to fit in with Kevin's DCU Animated figures, thinking Hasbro would NEVER make him. But JLU throws away all old concepts I had about "safe" characters. So, when Mattel made one for us, we threw him in with the Legends (yes, I know, DCD has made one too, but it's one neither of us owns, so this guy will do for now). He's some random Green Army man, with carved away details and a repaint. Not my best work...
