Batgirl (Justice Lord)

From our Custom Con entry “Justice Lords Unlimited.” Pretty simple here. I started with a Mattel Batgirl (or Catwoman, I don’t remember), filled in the smile, and added a cape from a Wonder Woman. From there I just followed the design ideas of JLord Batman.
