Beast Boy

While not a huge fan of the Animated Teen Titan’s show, I did think some of the characters had potential. As such I made Beast Boy to appear more in the style of The “Batman/Superman Adventures” or “Justice League,” rather than the pseudo-anime style of “Titans.” His base is a Mattel Robin. A bit of sanding was required to get rid of Robin’s gloves and chest detail. I then sculpted Beast Boy’s gloves, boots, hair, and ears. After a paint job, I drew on his face and belt details with a marker. In the end it's an okay figure, but now I'm thinking of making older versions of all the Titans to appear as they might on JLU.
