Here’s one of my favorite JLU villains! Mattel is making a lot of obscure characters but I couldn’t resist stepping in and gambling with my time to make this one. The base figure is the Atom. He’s mostly a repaint, but I used vinyl to make the patches on his gloves and boots, his time travel belt, and his collar. Tim did a lot of the touch ups. Characters like this give us a dilemma of how the heck to classify them on the site. He’s a JLU villain, but he came from the Batman Beyond timeline and took it over with the help of the Jokerz. We’re still not sure where he really belongs, but regardless I’m quite pleased with how he turned out.
