Captain Marvel Jr. or CM3 as he later became known is made from a GL Tomar Re body (or any slim male body would do) and a Dick Grayson Robin head. His cape came from the Mattel Bizarro with a vinyl collar, and a rope clasp donated by very generous Casimir. Thanks Cas!
