Commissioner Gordon (Musical)

From Out of the Past, this Commissioner Gordon is made from Hasbro Catwoman legs, to give him a dramatic pose, and a torso from a grapple Batman, because any torso with arms would do. But both of those are covered in quite a bit of sculpy to give the look of a long coat. The open hand came from the parts bag. Kevin sculpted and the head from a random Batman head, using a Scarface hat, and the fur on the coat, along with doing a lot of the detail painting.
