Devil Ray

Black Mant--uh I mean Devil Ray is a great JLU villain design that I couldn’t pass up. He was made from an extra-articulated Green Lantern figure. His chest plate, arm stingers, back pack, and ankle pads were made with sculpey. His head is an original sculpt. Take that Aqua-Embargo!
