Another quickie Legion of Doom custom. I made him under the line as I worked on finishing Gypsy and Tsukuri as I thought he'd be an easy side project. I proved myself right by finishing him way before finishing the girls. The base is 100% JLU Superman (I'm always happy to get some use out of those), and the arm and leg bands are vinyl.
