This guy’s been on the “to-do” list for a while. His recipe is simple, it’s a Mattel Two-Face body (with the coin carved out of his hand), a Rumble Ready Riddler head, and a hat made of clear vinyl and sculpey. I’m not really happy with the hat, and may revisit it soon enough. And the head may be a bit big as well. But, for now, he’s the best we’ve got.
