Here’s a rather inspired idea I had. The bad guys get henchmen, why not the good guys? The GCPD outfits were a really cool design from Batman Beyond so I figured I’d make Tim a couple of them for his setup. This one here was originally Flash. The pads on the arms and headpiece are sculpey.
