Green Arrow (Justice Lord)

From our Custom Con entry “Justice Lords Unlimited.” I was having some trouble with a design for this guy until Kevin found me a picture online. Unfortunately I no longer have that picture, but this design is sort of based on it. It’s 100% Green Arrow, with the rubber piece ripped off and resculpted in. Then I used vinyl for his cape. Everything else is just paint.
