One of the first in a series of JLU figures. I gambled that Fire and Ice were obscure enough and female enough that Mattel might not get to them. The base figure was a waist articulated Wonder Woman. The details were sanded and her hair was sculpted. I used Vinyl for the boot tops. A very simple but successful JLU custom.
