Joker (Justice Lord)

From our Custom Con entry “Justice Lords Unlimited.” Every custom con entry needs some villains, too bad the Jlords lobotomized all of thiers. The body, I think, was a Reverse Flash with the sleeves and shirt bottom sculpted on. The head was a Mattel TNBA Joker, with the chin cut off and re-sculpted (this was before Mattel came out with thier excellent new Joker head sculpt.) I also took the extra step and reworked his hair as well, with the swoosh going the other way. Most important of all are those heat vision lobotomy dots. And hey, a Joker figure that isn’t technically a variant but a new character!
