Marvel Girl

Yes, this is not Jean Grey. It’s Valeria Von Doom (Actually Valeria Richards) as she appeared in Chris Claremont’s excellent run on Fantastic Four. Marvel Girl was eventually revealed to be the daughter of the Invisible Woman and Mr. Fantastic and has become a favorite character of mine. Valeria here was my first ever custom in the ML scale. Her legs and torso is an X-Men Classics Rogue with lots of sculpting on her legs to give her the Doom armor boots and her skirt. Her arms and head come from an X-Men the movie Rogue. I carved away most of Rogue’s hair and rebuilt it to match Valeria’s. The pony tail is also Sculpey. Her cape comes from a Marvel’s Most Wanted Blink figure with the hood removed. A fine addition to the Fantastic Four Legends and one I know they’ll never make.
