When updating a figure we usually consider starting from scratch. Max here was a fine line between fixing what I’d made and making a whole new figure. Ultimately though I figured I’d try to salvage her and I think it paid off. I used sculpey to rebuild her head and chest, then sanded away the roughness on her arms. Lots of decoupage and a fresh new paint job smoothed her out, and now I can stand to look at her. Max was originally made from a Hasbro TNBA Batgirl.
