This guy was on the “to do” list for a while now. One of the biggest baddest X-Villians was made from a JLU Hawk figure, with sculpted hair and reworked “cape” pieces. The collar comes from a Martian Manhunter figure. There are two extra cape pieces added, making 6 total. The diamond on his belt is a piece of cut bubble.
