Silver Surfer has the makings of a great base figure so I bought an extra one to hang on to. But what to do with that second Howard the Duck??? Thus my DC Direct/ML Scale Mxyzptlk was born. His head was heavily reworked, though the hat was already there for me which was nice. Most everything else had to be sanded smooth and resculpted but it was pretty simple to rework his appearance with sculpey to make those shoes, gloves, and collar.
