Polaris

Polaris was made mostly from an X-Men Classics Jean Grey. Her arms from just below the shoulder down, however, are X-Men Classics Rogue’s. I pulled of Jean’s hair and sculpted new longer flowing hair. The Jean I used was footless because I had used her high heels for sage. So I took the left-over La Lunatica feet from Sage and used those plus Sculpey to make her some new boots. I also sculpted the band on her right leg. I modeled her outfit mainly on her nineties X-Factor uniform, but took a few liberties here and there because that’s what the artists always did anyway. I left her eyes white to give her that “Hey, I’m using my powers” look. The “X” was sealed onto her chest with Mod Podge.
