Marvel Girl/Phoenix II/Just Plain Rachel, whatever you want to call her, is a retooled Katma Tui. There were so many different ways to make this character. I guess I settled on the Dark Phoenix costume she wore because I really like it and didn't want to make a Jean variant for it. Also we'd already done her modern look in the 5" scale.
