Robert Vance

I’ve wanted to create this character in plastic for a long time now. I couldn’t really think of a creative, interesting way to represent him, though. Then I got the Power Armor Batman figure so that I could use the Terry head for another custom (see Batman Beyond: Quick Change). I thought with a few modifications, this body could make a really fun Robert Vance. So I popped off his head, and replaced it with a regular BB head. I cut and sculpted away the nose and mouth. I thought his left arm looked too bulky compared the circuitry arm on the right, so I replaced it with an arm from MM3 Highwire Zip Batman Beyond. This arm was a tad long, and I didn’t like the motorcycle position it was in, so I slightly shortened and repositioned it in two places. I sanded and sculpted away the rest of the non-circuitry detail, and tried to make his legs slightly less bulky. For the circuitry, I dry-brushed a bright green over black to give it a cool effect.
