I really like this character, even though in the grand scope of things he’s not really that important. He’s made almost entirely out of a Killer Croc, with repositioned arms and a resculpted head. His glove hand (seen in the pilot, Rebirth) was made from Harley’s boxing glove accessory, with spikes from a Batman cape. His tassel also comes from Harley.
