Scarecrow (BTAS)

This was just an easy retooling of the BTAS Scarecrow figure. While the light up eyes action feature on this guy was a fun idea it completely made him off model. I filled in his eyes with sculpey and sculpted some of the rag-doll-like detail out of his hair. I then simply repainted his head and collar to match his design on the show accenting some of the details Hasbro ignored like the stiches and his mouth. He looks much better on the shelf now.
