Shadow the Hedgehog

This custom was a gift for a friend in celebration of a remarkable feat of video gaming. It is quite the occasion to get all “A” ranks in every stage of Sonic Adventure 2, get every emblem, and unlock the legendary 3-D version of “Green Hill Zone.” Well worth the tedious hours we spent! And so I made this Shadow figure out of a Sonic figure. I reworked his eyes a little and sculpted his chest hair, but ultimately I was unable to rework his hair properly. Shadow has much spikier hair, but the Sonic base figure had a rubber head that I didn’t want to risk melting while drying his resculpted hair. Oh well, it’s still a pretty cool figure.
