Timebroker

This figure was one of my inspired moments. I was flipping through Exiles comics trying to find pictures of various characters I was customizing, and I of course kept running across the Timebroker. I was looking for fodder figures for some of my entries and came across my spare B:TAS Penguin, and that's when inspiration struck! He was almost perfect! I simply had to cut off his hat (making sure to keep it in tact for future customs, of course!), cut the tails off of his tie, and rework his face. His face was simple because it's drawn fairly detailless. I painted his eyes straight black, as he's usually depicted, but it came out too "blah" for my tastes. So I put a tiny silver pupil in there just to give him some expression and that magical sparkle.
