Weather Wizard

Weather Wizard started as a Ventriloquist figure. His arms were repositioned and the left hand swapped with Bruce Wayne’s. His legs were removed, repositioned, and modified with sculpey to remove the Ventriloquist’s wide stance. Lots of additional scanding and sculpting was required to get rid of the suit and make the gloves and head. The goggles are cut from a piece of lighting gel, and his wand is made from sculpey and a toothpick.
